6-pack English muffins
4 eggs
1 cup whole milk or cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Place halved English muffins cut side up on a large-edged cookie sheet. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon and pour evenly over the muffins. Flip each piece back and forth to coat evenly, leaving them cut side up. Allow the muffins to soak for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through. On a griddle greased with butter, toast each side for 3-4 minutes or until brown. Serve with butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar, and berries, if desired.

Did you know that tooth enamel is the hardest part of the body?

Did you know that tooth enamel is the hardest part of the body?

Tooth enamel is mainly made of calcium and phosphate and is even stronger than your bones because of the proteins and crystallites that form it. As we age, the inside layer of the tooth darkens, and the enamel becomes thinner, which often causes teeth to appear darker and yellow. Genetics can also play a role in the color of your teeth. Before modern toothpaste was available, people used a variety of mixtures to clean their teeth. For example, ancient Greeks used iron rust and coral powder and chewed on tree twigs to clean their teeth.
